1. Detailed Prize Description
The contest will offer one$ 1000 credit on any online or in-store purchase. The prize must be accepted as awarded. The prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or credit, in whole or part.
2. How to Enter
TThe contest will begin on February 1st, 2023, and will end on April 30th, 2023, at 11:59 p.m. Participation can only be done by subscribing to Mobilia's newsletter (limit of one participation per person and email address for the duration of the contest), via the subscription field on mobilia.ca or via the email collect popup. Entries will be accepted until April 30th, 2023, at 11:59 p.m. To enter this contest, participants must meet the eligibility criteria listed in point 4.
3. Prize Draw
The draw of the winner will take place during the week of Mai 1st, 2023 among the new subscribers (subscriptions made from February 1st, 2023, to April 30th, 2023). The winner will be notified by email during the week of May 1st, 2023. The winner will have 72 hours to claim their prize, without which, a new draw will be done and another winner will be contacted. The procedures for taking possession of the prize will be communicated to the winner when he will be notified by email.
4. Eligibility Requirements
This contest is open only to residents of Canada, including Quebec residents. To qualify for the draw, participants must be 18 years of age or older. Mobilia employees and the persons with whom they are domiciled may not enter the contest. To enter the contest, participants must subscribe to Mobilia’s Newsletter on mobilia.ca.
5. General information
Entries that are obtained through fraudulent means, or that are falsified, counterfeit, mutilated, illegible, incomplete, or late due to technical, computer, or telephone problems or any other error or reason may be canceled at Mobilia’s sole discretion. Mobilia shall not be responsible for technical, mechanical, computer, telephone, telecommunication, distribution, or production errors and may elect to cancel or terminate the contest should such errors arise, without any obligation or warning, at its sole discretion and subject to the approval of the Régie des Alcools, des Courses et des Jeux du Québec. Mobilia shall not be responsible for technical errors or difficulties stemming from a server, hardware or software failure, a transmission problem, or the loss, disappearance or alteration of the data sent by the participant. Mobilia shall not be responsible for any damage caused to a user system following their entry to the contest or the download of the necessary information to participate in the contest.
