- Detailed Prize Description
The contest offers one (1) prize of $2,500 worth of Mobilia products. A total product value of $2,500 CAD before taxes and delivery. The prize must be accepted as awarded. The prize is non-transferable and is not redeemable for cash or credit, in whole or in part. The $2,500 product value will be confirmed at the time of the draw.
- How to Enter
The contest will begin on August 7th, 2024 and will end on November 3rd, 2024.Participation can be done by subscribing to Mobilia's newsletter (limit of one participation per person and email address for the duration of the contest), via the subscription field on mobilia.ca, the email collect popup or via the contest participation page
An additional participation is awarded when the participant selects a set of products via the Design Tool, up to a maximum value of $2,500 CAD. Participation details can be found on the contest participation page. Entries submitted with a product value greater than $2,500 will be subject to selection at the time of the draw, taking into account the availability of products at the time of the draw. Entries will be accepted until November 3rd, 2024, at 11:59 pm. To enter this contest, participants must meet the eligibility criteria listed in point 4.
- Prize Draw
The draw will take place the week of November 4th, 2024 amongst all entries received between August 7th and November 3rd. The winner will be notified by email during the week of November 4th, 2024.The winner will have 72 hours to claim their prize, without which, a new draw will be done and another winner will be contacted. Details of how to claim the prize will be communicated to the winner once the prize has been accepted by email.Mobilia reserves the right to share on its website and social media certain achievements of participants throughout the contest. This in no way affects the chances of the participants.
- Eligibility Requirements
This contest is open only to residents of Canada, including Quebec residents. To qualify for the draw, participants must be 18 years of age or older. Mobilia employees and the persons with whom they are domiciled may not enter the contest. Participation can only be made via the entry form available at https://mobilia.ca/en/win-your-dream-bedroom-contest (see statement 2).
- General information
Entries that are obtained through fraudulent means, or that are falsified, counterfeit, mutilated, illegible, incomplete or late due to technical, computer or telephone problems or any other error or reason may be canceled at Mobilia’s sole discretion. Mobilia shall not be responsible for technical, mechanical, computer, telephone, telecommunication, distribution or production errors and may elect to cancel or terminate the contest should such errors arise, without any obligation or warning, at its sole discretion and subject to the approval of the Régie des Alcools, des Courses et des Jeux du Québec. Mobilia shall not be responsible for technical errors or difficulties stemming from a server, hardware or software failure, a transmission problem or the loss, disappearance or alteration of the data sent by the participant. Mobilia shall not be responsible for any damage caused to a user system following their entry to the contest or the download of necessary information to participate in the contest.
