Manufacturer warranty

All of our furniture (including floor models) carries a one-year parts and labour warranty against manufacturing defects (from the date of purchase). You can also buy protection against most stains and mishaps that occur during everyday use for all of our upholstery. 90 Day Mattress Guarantee

If you aren’t completely satisfied with your mattress, you can return (receive a store credit or exchange it) within 90 days under these conditions: Mattress can be returned after 21 days of delivery or pick-up. We believe that reaching optimal comfort takes a few days; an adaptation period is normal for all new mattresses. The mattress will be inspected upon its return and must be in good condition and free of parasites.

Price Policy

We pride ourselves on offering quality at a value to our customers, a feature our clients have appreciated for close to five decades. However, in the unlikely event that you find the identical item for less elsewhere within 30 days of purchase, Mobilia will refund 110% of the difference plus taxes. Proof in writing is required.

Final sales

Gift cards, special orders, floor models and products purchased from our Magasin Entrepôt located in Brossard (Qc) are considered final sales and cannot be reimbursed.


Mobilia accepts returns on items purchased online at within 15 calendar days following delivery or store pick-up.

To furnish your world.

Finance your purchase by submitting an application in one of our stores. Pay in six (6), twelve (12) or twenty-four (24) equal payments, interest free. Minimum purchase is required. Financing is not available for purchases made online or at our Magasin Entrepôt, located in Brossard (Qc).



For in-store purchases, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Interac, certified cheques, and cash. For online orders, we accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

If your online order consists of item(s) in stock as well as item(s) on pre-order, Mobilia’s team will contact you 48 hours following your order to offer you the option to receive your products in two shipments.
