GENERAL POLICY

Mobilia accepts returns within 15 calendar days following delivery, store pick-up or Purolator delivery. All returns, exchanges or services require pre-authorization.

Merchandise must be returned unassembled in its original state and packaging (including hardware). All final sales and gift cards are excluded of this policy.

Refunds will be granted for the original item’s purchase price plus applicable taxes, less the original cost of delivery and any return delivery fees (if applicable). The refund will be issued on the credit card used for the online transaction OR by cheque for in-store purchase.

Exchange and return for purchases made on mobilia.ca

Your order was shipped by Puro

Returns by courier are free if a product is defective or was found damaged at reception. Contact us within 3 days of reception of your order to receive your authorization for a free return. Your refund will be processed when the goods have been inspected upon return. If you wish to return a product because it doesn’t suit your needs, the return will be charged to your credit card at the regular shipping cost.

You picked up your order at a store or distribution center

Return in store is free and should be done by bringing the invoice and the item in its original condition and packaging within 15 days of receipt of your order.

Your order was delivered by truck

If the product you wish to return is damaged/defective, we will pick it up at no charge. Should the item simply does not fit, return fees will be deducted from your final reimbursement. Return to our distribution centers is always free. The return of a product that was delivered by Mobilia truck will not be accepted in store. Some conditions might apply for the return of orders shipped outside of our standard delivery zones.
