Our delivery service ensures quality service via a local carrier by delivering your order to the address of your choice (installation and unpacking are not included). Choose this option at checkout.

Do you live in an unserved area? Pick-up at a terminal location may be available for you. Choose this option at checkout.

A FEW TIPS FOR A SUCCESSFUL DELIVERY

BEFORE YOUR PURCHASE

Before ordering, take note of the dimensions of the products that you'll find online and validate with the dimensions of your space. Measure the height, width, and length of the furniture and of your space (including door width, ceiling height, hallways, and stairwells).

BEFORE YOUR DELIVERY

Once you know that your space can accommodate your furniture, make sure your doors, hallway and stairs also allow it. If your furniture can not pass through your door or stairs, there is a problem. Then remove the existing furniture to create space for your new furniture. This way, you save time and energy at the time of delivery.

ON DELIVERY DAY

Make sure the path is clear and notify staff if obstructions occur. In case of snow, be sure to clear the path and make sure it is not slippery. Remove bulky or fragile items that could be damaged, and decorative carpets. Finally, lead the staff when they arrive and tell them where they need to position your new furniture.


IN-STORE PICKUP

You want to pickup your purchase in one of our 8 stores or 2 distribution centers? No problem!

Select the store of your choice when ordering. Once the order is completed, you will receive an email confirmation and your product - if in stock - will be ready for pickup 5 to 7 days later. An email will be sent to confirm the arrival of your order at the selected store.

For applicable products

2 to 5 days after the purchase, at the fixed rate of $ 25 (no matter how many products you buy, the cost remains the same). Oversize products (which have a dimensional weight exceeding the product's physical weight) will be charged an additional $ 25 for each order. Following your order, an email will be sent to you and you can track your package with the reference number provided.
