We will contact you to schedule your delivery 10 to 15 working days after receiving all of your items at our warehouse. If your order contains items that are in stock as well as others on preorder, you can receive two shipments.

In order to ensure a pleasant experience from the beginning of the transaction to the delivery of your goods, Mobilia offers a white glove delivery service that offers numerous advantages. We will contact you to schedule your delivery date. You will receive a call 24 to 48 hours before your delivery to confirm the time window on the day of delivery.

Our delivery service ensures quality service via a local carrier by delivering your order to the address of your choice, to the first available space in the interior of your home. Installation and unpacking are not included. We will contact you to schedule your delivery date.

Your order is shipped ten (10) to twelve (12) days following your purchase. Fixed-rate of $ 25 for one or more permissible products. Oversized products (dimensional weight exceeding the product's physical weight) will be charged an additional $ 25. Once shipped from our warehouse, a tracking number will be sent to you by email.

A FEW TIPS FOR A SUCCESSFUL DELIVERY

BEFORE YOUR PURCHASE

Before ordering, take note of the dimensions of the products that you'll find online and validate with the dimensions of your space. Measure the height, width, and length of the furniture and of your space (including door width, ceiling height, hallways, and stairwells).

BEFORE YOUR DELIVERY

Once you know that your space can accommodate your furniture, make sure your doors, hallway and stairs also allow it. If your furniture can not pass through your door or stairs, there is a problem. Then remove the existing furniture to create space for your new furniture. This way, you save time and energy at the time of delivery.

ON DELIVERY DAY

Make sure the path is clear and notify staff if obstructions occur. In case of snow, be sure to clear the path and make sure it is not slippery. Remove bulky or fragile items that could be damaged, and decorative carpets. Finally, lead the staff when they arrive and tell them where they need to position your new furniture.
