GENERAL PROCEDURES FOR IN-STORE AND WAREHOUSE PICKUPS:

- You must present a piece of identification with a picture (i.e. Driver’s license). The name and address on the ID must be validated against the details on Mobilia’s invoice.
- If you’re sending a delivery truck to pick up the merchandise at the warehouse or liquidation center, you must be present for the first pickup with the delivery company, for the verification process to be performed. For subsequent pickups, if applicable, the delivery company must present a copy of your identification.
Please note that Mobilia will not release the goods if the above procedures cannot be performed to allow for proper identification.
In-store
AAfter you’ve received confirmation from your sales associate that your order is ready for pickup, present yourself to the designated store. Make sure to check the opening hours before your arrival.

- You are invited to enter the building to see a sales associate inside the store.
- The sales associate will validate your identity documents and have you sign the receipt documents. They will then direct you to the warehouse to collect your goods.
Important note

- Our stores do not have the space of a warehouse, please retrieve your order as soon as possible. If you can not pick up your order within several weeks, please let us know as soon as possible.
- Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the store closes.
- Please pay attention to the packing dimensions and weight of your products before your visit.
- You are responsible for handling your order. Plan to be accompanied if your order is large and/or heavy.
- Make sure you have a suitable vehicle. For the transport of your order.
Toronto Warehouse
Once our dispatch agent contacts you informing you that your order is ready, please ensure to do the following:
Present yourself at Unit #4 at 2495 Stanfield Rd, Mississauga, ON L4Y 1R6 during opening hours.

- The door will be unlocked during opening hours
- Please ring the bell and an associate will come to greet you.
- Once all paperwork is in order, the associate will ask you to return to your vehicle, open the trunk and sit in your vehicle.
- Once you are in your vehicle, a warehouse associate will load the products into your vehicle.
- You will be asked to sign a copy of your invoice.
- Please ensure that all products are in your vehicle before leaving.
Montreal Warehouse
Once our dispatch agent contacts you to inform you that your order is ready, please ensure to do the following:
Present yourself at the warehouse entrance at 2525 Boul. Des Sources, Pointe-Claire, QC H9R 5Z9 during opening hours.

- The door will be locked, please ring the bell and an associate will come to greet you at the door.
- Once all paperwork is in order, the associate will ask you to return to your vehicle, open the trunk and sit in your vehicle.
- Once you are in your vehicle, a warehouse associate will load the products into your vehicle.
- You will be asked to sign a copy of your invoice; the associate will leave the document 2 meters away.
- Please ensure that all products are in your vehicle before leaving.
