Pick-up is a free and fast option to pick up your online or in-store purchases. Here are some important tips and instructions to avoid any concerns and ensure an optimal an safe pickup. PLEASE NOTE THAT STARTING JULY 18TH, 2020 AND UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE, CUSTOMERS WILL BE REQUIRED TO WEAR A MASK AT ALL TIMES IN ALL MOBILIA STORES.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR A SAFE PICKUP

MONTREAL/POINTE-CLAIRE WAREHOUSE PICKUP

Once our dispatch agent contacts you informing you that your order is ready:
- Present yourself at the warehouse entrance at 2525 Boul. Des Sources, Pointe-Claire, QC H9R 5Z9 during opening hours.
- The door will be locked, please ring the bell and an associate will come to greet you at the door.
- Once inside, you will see a sign that will remind you of the sanitary measures put in place to ensure your safety.
- The associate will be wearing a mask at all times.
- Once all paperwork is in order, the associate will ask you to return to your vehicle, to open the trunk and to sit in your vehicle.
- Once you are in your vehicle, a warehouse associate whom will be wearing a mask will load the products into your vehicle.
- You will be asked to sign a copy of your invoice; the associate will leave the document 2 metres away.
- Please ensure to check that all products are in your vehicle prior to leaving.

MISSISSAUGA WAREHOUSE PICKUP

Once our dispatch agent contacts you informing you that your order is ready:
-Present yourself at Unit #4 at 2495 Stanfield Rd, Mississauga, ON L4Y 1R6 during opening hours.
- The door will be unlocked during opening hours.
- Once inside, you will see a sign that will remind you of the sanitary measures put in place to ensure your safety.
- Please ring the bell and an associate will come to greet you.
- The associate is behind a glassed-window and at all times the 2 meters physical distancing guidelines will be respected.
- Once all paperwork is in order, the associate will ask you to return to your vehicle, to open the trunk and to sit in your vehicle.
- Once you are in your vehicle, a warehouse associate who will be wearing a mask will load the products into your vehicle.
- You will be asked to sign a copy of your invoice; the associate will leave the document 2 meters away.
- Please ensure to check that all products are in your vehicle prior to leaving.

IN-STORE PICKUP

After you’ve received confirmation from your sales associate that your order is ready for pickup, present yourself to the designated store. Make sure to check the opening hours prior to your arrival.
- At the entrance of the store, you will find a sign reminding you of the sanitary measures put in place for your health and safety.
- Please inform the associate that you are here to pickup your order.
- Once you’ve completed the required documentation, you will be asked to return to your vehicle. Instructions will be given as to where to go to pick up your order (at the rear of the store).
- Once there, ring the doorbell while making sure to wear a mask. An associate will greet you at the door.
- Please be prepared to assist the associate in placing the items into your vehicle.

IT'S NOT TOO LATE TO CHANGE YOUR MIND!

Your order is too heavy / bulky and it's impossible for you to pick it up? Contact us or your store associate discuss the possibility of having your items delivered.

Before you order, take note of the dimensions of the products you find online and validate with the dimensions of your space.

MEASUREMENTS OF THE ORDER AND BOXES

Please pay attention to the packaging dimensions and the weight of your products. This information can be found on all the product pages on mobilia.ca.

DO I HAVE THE ADEQUATE VEHICLE?

Make sure you have the right vehicle for the size / weight of your order. Take all necessary measures, lower the seats if necessary, bring protective cover and fastening system as needed.

READY FOR YOUR PICKUP?

BE ACCOMPANIED

Plan to be accompanied if your order is bulky, heavy and / or has several boxes. We will be happy to assist you, but we are not responsible for loading the goods into your vehicle.

DON'T WAIT TOO LONG

Our stores do not have the space of a warehouse, please retreive your order as soon as possible. If you can not pickup your order before several weeks, please let us know as soon as possible.
